Willie Powell and John Donaldson combined for 7.3 innings of one-run relief as the Herons overcame a 5-0 deficit and snapped their four-game losing streak. Willie Wells scored three runs and Red Parnell and Bruce Petway each scored twice. Parnell tripled, doubled and singled in five at-bats.
