Browerville banged out 14 hits and drew 10 walks to rout Bertha, The Novelists scored five runs in the second on just one single, benefiting from three walks and three errors by the Fishermen. John Clarkson scattered eight hits in his complete game win

Crimsons 6, Agnews 1
Joe Kelley doubled, tripled and homered to drive in three runs, Dan Brouthers added a solo homer and Buck Ewing had an RBI triple to power Clarissa. Cy Young allowed six hits and five walks in his complete game win..
