Satchel Paige allowed four hits and struck out 13, including six in a row in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings. The Legends scored three runs in the first, with Honus Wagner driving in a pair of runs with a single. Johnny Bench homered in the eighth with Joe Morgan aboard.

Monday: Legends 5, 1969 Expos 2

Montreal hurler Mark Wegener struck out nine Legends in six innings, and the game was tied at two going into the bottom of the seventh. Willie Mays singled to lead off, and the Expos brought in Larry Jaster, who retired Ted Williams and Babe Ruth. Carroll Sembera relieved, and Hank Aaron doubled to score Mays. Stan Musial followed with a homer, and the Legends had the final margin. Rollie Fingers relieved Eppa Rixey with three on and two out in the eighth and retired all four men he faced.

Tuesday: Legends 7, 2009 Orioles 2

Stan Musial homered for the second straight day and drove in three runs, while Mickey Welch allowed seven hits in his complete game win. Ted Williams scored three runs, and Babe Ruth drove in a pair.

Wednesday: Legends 7, 2009 Pirates 6, 10 innings

HR: Williams (1), Aaron (1), Morgan (1), McCutchen (1), LaRoche (1), G Jones (1)
Honus Wagner's 10th inning triple brought in Mike Schmidt with the tying run, then Joe Morgan singled in the Dutchman as the Legends overcame the Pirates. Gaylord Perry allowed five runs, all earned in 8.1 innings, and Rollie Fingers served up a go-ahead homer to Garrett Jones in the 10th before the bottom half of the Legends order rallied against Matt Capps.

Thursday: Legends 13, 1961 Phillies 1

LP: Buzhardt
The Phillies led this game until the fifth inning, when Johnny Bench singled home Honus Wagner to tie it at 1. But in the bottom of the eighth the Legends sent 18 men to the plate and scored 12 runs on six walks, eight singles and a double. Every member of the batting order scored at least one run and drove one in. Jesse Haines allowed a run in the first inning on three hits and finished with an eight-hitter.

Friday: Legends 8, 1924 Phillies 2
WP: Wynn
LP: Carlson
HR: Aaron (2)
Hank Aaron homered and drove in three runs, Babe Ruth scored three times and Early Wynn scattered eight hits. Ruth, Stan Musial and Honus Wagner each had three hits, and Joe Morgan drove in two runs.

Saturday: Legends 8, 1969 Phillies 4

HR: Aaron 2 (4), Morgan (1), Allen (1), D Johnson (1)
Hank Aaron homered twice and Joe Morgan hit a three-run homer to support Juan Marichal, who allowed three runs on seven hits in eight innings. Hoyt Wilhelm allowed a run in the ninth. The Legends totaled 11 hits and six walks.
