Walleyes 9, Conifers 2
T.J. Young doubled, tripled and drove in three runs for the Walleyes, while John Beckwith, Willard Brown and Dick Lundy each score two runs. Rube Foster was charged with eight runs, all earned, and didn't retire a man in the third inning. Leon Day pitched into the eighth inning, scatttering 12 hits. Slim Jones finished. 

Loons 11, Tourists 3
Biz Mackey drove in five runs and Neil Robinson four more for the Loons. The Loons had five doubles among their 11 hits and scored eight times in the final three innings. Nip Winters allowed two runs on four hits in 6.1 innings. Phil Cockrell relieved in the seventh with the tying run on base and was credited with the save

Pitcher use notes

Herons: Manning and Donaldson must rest until Day 6 (Day 5 w/ penalty);

Conifers: Williams and R. Foster must rest until Day 6 (Day 5 w/ penalty). Matlock is eligible to pitch on Day 7.

Walleyes: Paige must rest until Day 6 (Day 5 w/ penalty). Day must rest until Day 7. No more than one inning in Game 5 for Jones.

Tourists: Dihigo and Foster rest until Day 7. Dismukes cannot pitch on Day 4 and may not start Day 5. Radcliffe cannot start Day 4

Loons: McDonald rests until Day 6 (Game 5 w/ penalty). Winters rests until Day 7. Cockrell should not pitch on Day 4.
