Day 32 recaps
Baltimore 7, Brooklyn 3: John Beckwith and Hurley McNair each hit two-run homers and Andy Cooper went the distance for the Elites. Beckwith scored three runs, and McNair drove in three. The Robins got 12 hits, but only once did they get more than two in an inning, and none went for extra bases.

Washington 7, Baltimore 1: Walter Johnson held the Elites to one unearned run in 8.1 innings, and the Big Train doubled home the Senators' first two runs in the eighth inning. Bucky Harris had a bases loaded triple in the ninth to blow the game open. John Donaldson had a two-hit shutout going into the eighth inning only to have it fall apart.
