Brooklyn 4, Baltimore 1: Dazzy Vance took a no-hitter into the seventh inning and finished with a two-hitter. The Robins peppered Dave Brown for nine hits in six innings, with Andy High getting three of them for a pair of RBIs. Jimmy Johnston scored two runs.

Baltimore 8, NY Giants 8: The Elites overcame two deficits in their final three at-bats, with Ben Taylor driving in the game-winner with a pinch-hit single in the bottom of the ninth. Dick Lundy scored two runs and drove in three, two of them with a seventh-inning triple.
