Brooklyn 10, NY Giants 1: Burleigh Grimes scattered seven hits in allowing one unearned run, and drove in two runs on three hits himself. Brooklyn scored seven runs in the final two innings to make the game a rout. Zack Wheat scored three times for the Robins and Zack Taylor drove in three runs.

NY Giants 8, Brooklyn 7: Ross Youngs hit a three-run homer off Dazzy Vance in the fifth inning, and Travis Jackson a two-run triple in the seventh as the Giants outslugged the Robins. Bill Terry and Highpockets Kelly each scored a pair of runs for the Giants.
