Baltimore 6, NY Yankees 0: John Donaldson threw a four-hitter and Cheney White came off the bench to hit a two-run homer. Alejandro Oms went 3-for-5 with two RBIs, a triple and a run scored. Donaldson walked two and struck out three, and only one Yankee reached second base.

NY Yankees 11, Baltimore 8: The Yankees drew nine walks from Bullet Joe Rogan in his eight-plus innings of work and added 11 hits. Joe Dugan and Babe Ruth each drove in two runs for the Yankees, and Everett Scott scored three times.
